Trying to access old Roadrunner Email from 2007

Hi! I have had an email account from Roadrunner way back in 2007? 2008?

I can't remember what year I had the account,☺️ but I am trying to remember my login information and password. Is there any way I can access my Roadrunner Email?

I had Time Warner Cable in NC when I was living there, but now I am in Florida.
