We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

I received a notice saying that the upgrade work was completed a few days ago in my area. Internet was out for a while, but it's now back. What are these upgrades?

    Hi @LoFi, welcome to our community! Network evolution offers improvements such as symmetrical upload speed and faster download speed. It can take several months after the work is finished before the symmetrical speeds are launched.

    are last night's/today's service disruptions related to the high split upgrade? i got notice that it was completed two weeks ago, but you're implying that the faster upload won't be available for another few months?

    Hello @bobcine

    Welcome to our community! That is correct, while the construction may be completed, there can still be additional work that may need to be done to other nodes and hubs in the area in order to enable the higher speeds and symmetrical speeds. As soon as the new speeds are available, you will receive a notice letting you know.
