Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

    I'm sorry, there is a known issue with this which is ongoing. For now I recommend checking your email by signing in at Spectrum.net and selecting the check email option on the sidebar to the left.

    I also started have issues with my old roadrunner account this week. I had been signing into it using outlook. I also have a newer spectrum.net email that we were moving over to. I have been trying to log in on the roadrunner email on spectrum.net but it cant find it
