I'm in Madison, WI, and I received a text message this morning saying Spectrum is upgrading the internet in my neighborhood, and will share timing to keep me updated before work starts.

I presume this is a precursor text to work starting in the area for high split? Any general time line expectations? I'm presuming six months…

    Welcome to our community! The email is the notification for high split upgrades starting in the area. Different areas require different amounts of work to complete the high split construction, so there's not a standard timeline.
