    We appreciate your question and would be more than happy to help. I was able to access the account using the information you've provided during registration and can confirm that the high split upgrades may happen sporadically overnight between now and mid-September. However, please bear in mind that this is only an estimated timeframe and may change as field conditions are provided. In the meantime, is there anything we may be able to assist you with at this time?

    Based on my current modem, would I need to get an upgrade from you all or will I (in theory) be able to enjoy the benefits of the speed increases with what I currently have?

    Also, generally speaking, what kind of speeds should I expect and does it come at any additional cost and if so, what would that cost likely be?

    Also, how long after the upgrades have been done should I expect the service to be available for use?

    I understand if you cant provide all that info but anything would be helpful : )
