Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year
High Split in Brentwood 90049?
Hi there,
According to Spectrum folks, this upgrade was supposed to be completed back on June 2, but there hasn't been any update. Any word on when this will actually be done so I can finally upgrade?

By the end of 2026, 50% of the current Spectrum network will be upgraded to symmetrical and multi-gig service, while the remaining 50% is in progress and will be in place to support symmetrical service by the end of 2027. All communication regarding ongoing updates will be made using the preferred notification method selected on your account as well as in your billing statement. Thank you for your ongoing patience.

Thank you for your response. We apologize for the experience and want to assure you that any information regarding the launch date for your specific area has not been provided thus far. At this time, our field team has not provided a concrete launch date, but I can confirm that our high split upgrades will be fully available for your area in 2027.
