I’ve gotten a few messages saying the upgrade in my area is done, but I still don’t see an option to boost my speeds. I know updates can be tricky to track, but paying $50 a month for 1G/30M in 2026 feels a bit like paying theme park prices for a water bottle. I’m just wondering how much longer this might last. At this point, 5G providers are beating my upload speeds, and that option is looking more appealing every day.

I was able to access the account using the information you provided during the registration process and can confirm that there has not been a specified launch date for the Santa Monica area. We completely understand how exciting the new symmetrical speeds will be and we want to assure you that once upgrades have officially completed the services will be updated automatically.
