Hello,

I am trying to find my Tampa Bay.rr.com emails. I followed the instructions and created a spectrum email. It ports over things before June but nothing since. Why did it stop? I still need to access that account. Any help is appreciated it.

    Welcome to our community! I was able to locate the account using your community registration. It looks like the tampabay.rr.com email is still active. To access it, you can log in at https://www.spectrum.net using that email and it's password. If you get any errors logging in that way, please let us know. If you'd like, once logged in, you can also set up email forwarding to the Spectrum address to make things simpler for yourself.

    Thank you! I see the account but there are no emails since June. I know there should be because it is an active account and I did a test email. Any idea why it would not be receiving new emails?

    Feel free to clarify if this is all via the webmail U.I. and what you mean by "created a spectrum email" and expound upon the "test email" that you "did" if you've a mind to.

    Otherwise you might want to make sure that your email storage capacity isn't maxxed out and that neither you nor anybody else with access to the email account fired up a third-party POP3 email client back in June.
