I need to see a copy of my bill

    Hey there @Grannygrowl!

    Welcome to our community forum and we are more than happy to assist you with accessing a copy of your billing statement. To confirm, I was able to successfully access your account using the information provided during the registration process. Having said that, I can confirm that you have a registered log in for Spectrum.net and the My Spectrum app. That is great because that is where you do have access to all of your billing statements in PDF form right i the billing section. The steps to find your billing statement are:

    1. Sign in to your account.
    2. From Account Summary page, select the Billing tab.
    3. Under Statements you can view the billing statement for each of your lines of service. 
    4. From here, you can:
      1. View a breakdown of your monthly charges.
      2. Select Activity to view past payments and transactions.
      3. Select Payment Methods to update your preferences.
    5. To print your statement, go to the bottom of the billing statement and select Print.
