Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

Good morning,
It has been several months since I have checked in, the physical work on the hub for my area was completed back in Feb. I am checking to see if there is a timeline when the upgrade is expected to take effect?

    Unfortunately at this time, we've only been advised that the upgrades were started in the area and we haven't been given an estimate for the work to be fully completed or for the symmetrical speeds to be offered.
