my charter email hasn’t wanted to load emails for over 2 weeks now on my iPhone. I have deleted the account and added it back and tried changing the password . Neither worked. If I take it off WiFi it seems to load. What is going on? Seems to be a recent problem with many. Is there a fix and when will it be? My husbands account is working fine on his phone.

I've been dealing with this exact problem for the last three weeks at least. At first I thought is was because I transferred my mobile phone lines to Spectrum on 7 August. But this article says Spectrum is aware of the email issue. Too bad no ETA has been issued.
At least I feel a little better knowing the issue was not on my end. I've got no choice but to wait it out like everyone else.
