I was at the store today for consultation. They encouraged me to open a new account at spectrum I already had an account atcharter.net. Now I can't acces my charter.net account. All my contacts have my charter account and can't get emails at this address. Whatcan I do to accessmy charter.net account.

    Hey there @8312072744, welcome to our community! I've located your account, but it looks like the store just had you create a new username and is not what is preventing you from accessing emails. Your email was locked 9/21 due to unusual activity that was detected, and a password change is required. I see that was completed since you posted this message, I'm hopeful that will have helped you regain access. Please let us know if you still can't get emails.
