EMAIL PASSWORD GETTING RESET WHENEVER OUT OF TOWN OR USE VPN!!

This has become COMPLETELY annoying an unacceptable. Whenever I use a VPN and often when out of town traveling, YOU AUTOMATICALLY RESET MY EMAIL PASSWORD! Why?? Your system is broken! You should al least send some kind of confirmation warning that I can accept/reject before doing this. FIX THIS!!!!
