Network Upgrade

We are in Evansville, IN and last night there was a network upgrade. I was hoping to get some details as to what this entailed. There was virtually no notice just an email at 12:51 am say that there was a network upgrade in progress. Would love to know what it was. Been a customer for decades and have never had any trouble until this past year. Our internet service would go down for several hours at time for no apparent reason and hoping this resolves that as our internet service was always rock solid until then.

    Welcome to our community! I was able to locate your account using your community registration. I show that the upgrades were a part of the work on the network evolution in the area to provide faster speeds, including symmetrical speeds.

    They were doing the network upgrades in Mt. Vernon back in March. Still have yet to see the symmetrical speeds but hopefully soon. I've had service for just over 2 years and it's been rock solid.
