Why does new XUMO turn off by itself?
I just installed my 2 new XUMO boxes. So far, I like the system. However, the box just turns itself off after several hours. I have the sleep timer set to off. Why is the box shutting down?1 -

It’s like there is an auto timeout after a certain length of time. I have called XUMO and Spectrum support and they are no help. Obviously, this is a programming issue that needs to be fixed.1 -

Well, I spoke too soon too. The Xumo was tuned in to the same channel all morning since about 9:00. At a little after 1:00, with no warning, it turned itself off. Count me in with those that say this…1 -

With all the posted issues, can you imagine how many customers are having the same issue? Spectrum needs to take this problem serious. It is bad when watching tv becomes a nuisance.2
