No video when streaming to iPad

I have a 5th generation iPad mini. It has iOS 13.5. When trying to stream live tv programs to the iPad using the spectrum app, I get audio but no video.  Video and audio both work as expected using the on demand category of the spectrum app.  Also the video and audio work in the my library category.  
Streaming to this device from the live tv category worked as expected last week. There have been no changes other than the auto update to the latest spectrum app-7.27

    Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?  This usually resolves most issues.
