Why am I seeing a COX icon on Samsung TV?

on my Samsung TV I used to go to source and click on spectrum however now it takes me to a COX icon that is on my tv. I never added it and I want to know what is going on.

No sweat. I think a software update that may have brought in some new logos and logo coding may have bumped the logo for that HDMI input from Spectrum's logo to Cox's but either way, you should be able to easily change it back via the HDMI input settings with the Samsung TV remote.
