Buffering, pixilation and now blank screens

Currently we are experiencing intermittent buffering weekly. Mostly on particular channels. all other apps do not perform like spectrum. They are rock solid. We just received a new cable modem and higher internet speeds. This has not made any changes to buffering.

however the newest problem is watching channel 10 in my area (ABC) and the Roku screen goes black like it lost signal, however it’s still running have to reconnect to channel then it’s fine .

other channels are not acting the same.

    I'm sorry about the app issues. While it not common to only have one channel have issues, even on the app, it does happen occasionally. Have you rebooted the modem and router at all since the issues with ABC have started?
