My phone number consistently associated with wrong address

Intermittently for years, when I have had a problem and offer my phone number, it gives the operator an entirely different account -- I just got the issue "resolved" again (operator was terrific and friendly) But this issue has thwarted my work day more than twice and I am still unnerved, wondering if I am paying someone else's bill.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your concerns. I am very sorry for any alarm this may have caused you. Just to clarify, when you contact our customer support line your contact phone number is bringing up another account? Is that correct? It is possible that someone gave your phone number in error. Generally this is done in error. Your monthly statement should provide your home address or the address that you are paying for. - Lyn
