If Customers Have Spectrum Voice, is Caller ID on TV Offered on the XUMO?

Wondering about this,

If the answer is "yes." I assume it is the traditional 6-24 hour wait for activation like a regular cable box or DVR. If the answer is "no" it needs to be added to the XUMO. Spectrum Voice is still very popular.
