I want to be able to update my Wi-Fi password from the Spectrum website but I think I need to click on the equipment and mine has been showing equipment unavailable. Is this something you can update on your end?

Thank you for reaching out to us about the missing equipment from your My Account App. I recommend that you attempt to reset all the internet equipment. This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. It may also be a good idea to delete and reinstall the App. Please let us know if these suggestions do not help out. - Lyn
