Picture, gif and large messages won't send on Spectrum Mobile
Just switched to Spectrum Mobile and all 4 phones, 2 new, 2 carried over from USCell, constantly have an issue where mms messages will hang with a clock symbol. They will not send. If you hold on the message and click "stop sending and delete" it will go away. If I try again with the same mms, it goes through. Then the person I'm sending it to gets 2 of the same message. So frustrating. Is there a fix for this? It's clearly a Spectrum issue, not a phone. All 4 phones do it. 2 S24's, an S10+ and an iPhone 14.

It happens on both Mobile and wifi data. It's getting worse now. All texts are delayed and show up at random times.

I have been consistently having this issue for last 6 months and have contacted support several times via phone, chat , in-person. They replaced my phone but not any better! My brother just switched to Spectrum without new phone and same issues. It's very frustrating and honestly, connecting with Support has done nothing! They keep saying it is the phone or just don't seem to care. Claimed it is location but only started having issues 6 months ago.It is without a doubt the service.

I've had the same problem since switching to Spectrum 2 years ago, even got a new Samsung S22 Ultra from Spectrum. I've spent hours with tech support, Samsung says it's on Spectrum's end but Spectrum is clueless. Incredibly frustrating!
