Powered down Xumo box same error just get local channels

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the Xumo, I am happy to assist. The Xumo works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please unplug the Xumo, reboot the modem and router then plug the Xumo back in. Let me know if this helps.
