How do I cancel a movie ordered accidentally?

I ordered a movie by accident please cancel Lawrence of Arabia we are not watching and credit my account with the rental charge - thank you - I tried to cancel as soon as the order button was pressed then I tried to chat did this within minutes which now closed at 8 Please help

    All VOD purchases are final, even if made by mistake. You can set a parental pin to add an additional step in order to prevent accidental purchases in the future.
