Our account was hacked, allowing an unknown person to receive forwarded messages; how to delete the hacking?

Change your Spectrum account password and your voicemail PIN.
Then review your readable voicemail and call forwarding and simultaneous ring settings and make sure none of those have been inadvertently or nefariously set up with any unintentional or nefarious phone numbers or email addresses as applicable.

Edit: also change the passwords of any email accounts for any email addresses you have readable voicemail going to.
