Why is the light on my Spectrum ONU Modem slowly blinking red

The light on my Spectrum ONU (ONU) Modem is slowly blinking red. According to the user guide this means the passive optical network (PON) isn't operational. But everything seems to be working fine. I have the fiber modem connected to a Linksys Velop Pro6E mesh router with two nodes connected by CAT 6 patch cables through a 16 port TP-Link gigabit switch. There are approximately 60 devices connected to the mesh routers either via WIFI or CAT 6 cables to the switch. Speed and connectivity are fine and my Spectrum service is 1G. The speed status light on the modem ethernet port shows 1G and the activity light flashes as expected. Should I have any concern that the modem status light is flashing red?

    Hello @Unio_Villager

I would advise trying a reboot of both your modem and router.

I have done that before and then this light magically goes from blue to the pulsing red at some point. But again there is no disruption of service.
