Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry you're having issues with your Blink camera. Your TV service should not affect your internet service. Have you tried rebooting your modem and router?

Since having spectrum installed recently, i am having the same issues with the blink sync module not connecting to spectrum wifi.
Just curious if anyone has an update on how to successfully connect their cameras to spectrum?

Blink cameras typically use 2.4GHz to connect to WiFi and newer routers toggle between 2.4 and 5GHz depending on which one offers the best signal If you are still having an issue connecting, you can use the My Spectrum app to enable band steering, which opens the 2.4GHz channels only for 30 minutes and allows the cameras to connect. Once connected, they will stay connected on the 2.4GHz band. If you are not seeing the option through the app, you can also call us at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) for assistance.
