I just wanted to find someway to write a review about her ! Because I’ve never experienced customer service like the one she provided. She was very helpful, I was about to cancel my spectrum services because off the pricing, and she completely change my mind around was able to get me some deals I didn’t even know I had, she help me with the pricing part and was able to get me affordable WiFi since I been a customer for 2 years now, and she got me free phone line for a year ! Like she is the best employee Spectrum has and Spectrum should feel lucky to have her on their team. She deserves 1,000,000,000 stars. She truely cares for her customers and is a problem solver 100%. She needs a raise for her hard work… literally spent 2 hours on the phone with me, trying to make my experience with spectrum the best. Thank you Danielle !
