The ‘My Spectrum App’ will not rotate to landscape orientation.

in My Spectrum App - My Spectrum App Feedback

The My Spectrum App is the only app on my 9th generation Apple iPad that will not rotate to landscape orientation. It is not my ipad, as every other app works perfectly. I do not have screen lock on. I believe it is a Spectrum issue? Has anyone had this experience with this app? The Spectrum TV app goes back and forth from landscape and portrait perfectly. TIA

    The My Spectrum app is not meant to be viewed in landscape but in portrait mode. We can certainly forward up your feedback for you.

    Thank you, I did not know that. It did appear in landscape since I installed it some months ago, but just recently it went portrait. But you did answer the question. Probably an update or activity changed a basic setting. How I solved it was just go online to my account. thanks for the information and help.
