I do not remember my internet password and there is no sticker on the router. Whom do I contact for a reset of password? Or can I get my password from a technician?

    Please remember, this is a public forum so please do not post personal or account information here. As for the password for your WiFi, this can be found and edited in the My Spectrum application and online on your My Account.
