Why does my home phone show “no line” almost every day when my neighbor’s still works?

    Welcome,

    This could be several things. I would start by unplugging your modem for about three minutes. Plug it back in and let it reboot. If you have a wireless router, do the same thing after the modem has booted. Check your phone status when both are back on line. See that you get a dial tone.

    If this does not solve the problem or the issue comes back, you will need to set up a service call for home phone to check your lines and equipment.
