how long does it take to equipment return confirmation receipt?

Returned equipment to a spectrum store and did not receive a physical or digital receipt when I dropped off the equipment . Was promised by store employee that a digitial receipt , but have yet to receive one. Was hoping to receiving some type of confirmation of a return to avoid possible future issues/fees.

    You should have been provided a physical receipt, I'm sorry you weren't. I was able to locate your account using your community registration and I see the issue has already been escalated.
