Foreground/Background Audio Adjustments on Spectrum App?

Hello! I have switched to Spectrum Internet and stream my TV through the Spectrum app via a Roku device. I am having issues with the foreground versus background audio. Whenever there is music or louder than normal crowd noise that would normally be background audio, I can hardly hear a thing that the announcers/broadcasters/newscasters are saying as this background audio pretty much takes over. This causes me to turn the volume way up to hear what they are saying, and it drives everybody in the house crazy.

Any clue whatsoever if any of this is adjustable when streaming? Thank you!

    Additional information: this is a Samsung TV.

    Are you streaming on the Roku or directly on the Samsung TV?

    Hi James. Via my Roku device, I have downloaded the Spectrum TV app. So I believe that means I am streaming on the Roku device. Some of these things are new to me and I’m trying to learn the pieces and parts along the way. Thanks, James!
