incoming calls on landline drop within 30 to 40 seconds of answering

    I have a question and a recommendation,

    When did the Spectrum Voice calls start dropping? Are you also losing Internet Service when the calls are dropped? I would recommend unplugging your modem for about five minutes. Than, plug the modem back in and allow it to reboot.

    If this does not solve your problem, or it comes back, I would schedule a service call to check your signals and drop line.
