I would like to make a suggestion:

Change the CM MAC address on my account when picking up a new cable modem in a spectrum store location.

The representative would already be in my account, and it would save time later…

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Every equipment will have a different Mac address. When you exchange the equipment, the system will remove the one and put the other one. You still have to activate the equipment once is connected.
