Why has Spectrum internet been down large portions of three days in past two weeks in Powdersville?

    Have you been getting any of the lovely thunder/hail storms complete with high winds and heavy rain followed by up to 101 degree temps and heat indexes a dozen or so degrees higher than the actual temps?

    If so... some nodes may be having issues atm.

    If you log into the spectrum app or the main website, may be able to see messages about an outage in your area when you go to check your service status. Also may get a report if you call the support number on your bill and tell the auto attendant 'internet not working' .
