why is my spectrum app not opening?
It was updated about 5 days ago.

I also received the following email.Please Update Your Auto Pay Information

Hello Gary l,

 

The payment method you use for Auto Pay can't be processed and was removed from your account. Please use a different payment method to update your Auto Pay information either at Spectrum.net or with the My Spectrum App.

    Hi & welcome!

    Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Do your credentials let you log in at Spectrum.net ?
