spectrum app error with roku

I have unplugged my Wi-Fi router Roku. deleted the app and reinstalled. updated software. been on the phone with spectrum. No other app on my roku has this problem. What is next?

    Hi & welcome!

    Can you try restarting / resetting the Roku from the settings menu? Most errors are from either old or cached data that needs to be cleared out. Let us know if the issue continues after resetting the Roku. Please note that this is different from just power cycling the Roku.
