Every night at exactly 7:30 I loose all service. I have had people come in and look at it and they say my signal is good but every night my cable internet and voice die at exactly 7:30. I have gotten new modems, changes my personal router. Nothing works. It has been going on ever day for over a year and spectrum seems to have no solution.

    Welcome!

Over a year? One thing we need to know is how long does service stay out when this happens? I take it you have Cable TV, Internet, and Spectrum Voice?

A few years ago we had an issue in our node where at exactly 7:20 til 9:00PM all cable services (TV, Internet, and Voice) would go out for about a week. We called in the issue every night, and about five days later, the service stayed on all the time. The only difference to our equipment was that on our Spectrum Internet modem, one of the lights that used to be on all the time when the power to all services would go out at 7:30 until 9:00, when it got fixed, one of the lights was no longer lit. There were over six hundred houses affected from 7:30-9:00 when this was happening.

Anyway, we got about a $30 credit, after five days when this was all fixed, and the issue has not happened since. Next time this happens, I would recommend calling Spectrum on your cell phone when this happens, each night that it happens until this is fixed. If you can't do that, call as soon as the service comes back each night that this happens. Let them know all services go out at 7:30 and the time they come back. That's what we did and it got this resolved after five days. Once services stay on at 7:31, everything was fixed. Let them know that this has been going on for over a year. I think what happened to me, is what is happening to you.

    Keep us posted!
