Can you help log into my email

I have had an roadrunner account for many years. A week ago I needed to add my password on my laptop that I have been using for years. Although I am putting in the correct password, I am unable to recieve help to change it because I cannot remember the security question which was probably made many years ago

    Legacy roadrunner emails can be self managed by going to selfcare.rr.com. Roadrunner emails are typically associated with former Time Warner Cable accounts that were established prior to the 2016 acquisition by Charter Communications. Unfortunately, most of the tools previously used by support agents to assist with managing Roadrunner emails have been decommissioned.
