we just set this up. It appears we have to do something before we can access the history stations so we followed the directions and scanned the QR code but still couldn’t get them. How does this work?

    The History Channel is available streaming, but it is not included in the package with your current subscription. If you would like to change your subscription to include the History channel, please give a call at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328).

    we are doing this at home. We keep hitting a pay wall, but I thought the history channels were included in streaming.

    our problem was that spectrum has signed us up for the Spanish speaking plan! Once they switched it, it worked well.
