    Hi & welcome!

For digital phone with unlimited calling, there are no standard customer records available for local calls. Only toll calls, which are usually International calls, will have a record available.

Were you looking for something specific or for a specific reason?

In my area (Legacy Charter?), the Voice Online Manager logs all Incoming, Outgoing, and Missed calls. I'm connected to spectrum.net via my Windows 11 laptop. See screenshot.

    What's up? @catchtwentytwo?

Is Voice Online Manager only in selected areas? For me (Once legacy TWC,) it is like @James_M said Call Logs only show long distance areas and International calling.

I would suspect that the reason why Spectrum does not have local call logs across all markets, on websites and devices, is because it would require a ton of bandwidth that could slow down relay communications if this feature was offered system-wide.

My Voice Manager doesn't have that detailed phone call history too in So. CA. :(

@AntDude : I take it that kind of history may have only been available as necessary for new subscribers where and when hence-legacic measured-rate plans were available for new subscribers e.g.:

Voice Services/Rates No Longer Offered to New Customers (Former Charter Communications Service Areas)

↳ California Basic Service: $19.99 Measured Rate (Includes 60 calls. Each call over 60 is $0.08 per call)

Interesting. I have had this triple bundled services (TV, Internet, & landline phone) package since TWC days starting in 2012 IIRC.

    Guys,

    This verbiage below is confusing:

Voice Services/Rates No Longer Offered to New Customers (Former Charter Communications Service Areas)

Does this mean per the link above that Spectrum Voice is no longer being given out to subs in legacy Charter markets. to new customers? But in legacy TWC/Brighthouse markets it is being offered? Is this only for legacy Charter markets in California, but other areas are not affected.

I heard that Spectrum is not promoting Spectrum Voice to new customers anymore, but you can take it if you want it by request? Is that true?

@AntDude I think we are grandfathered claused. But I am in Wisconsin so I don't know how much the above policies apply to me. @HT Greenfield this URL seems to be for California only? Or am I missing something here.

PS. I checked Spectrum Wisconsin policies. If you are in a former legacy Charter Market in Wisconsin, you can't get Spectrum Voice anymore as a new customer. (I don't know what exceptions could apply.) What about a customer who moves to a new address and he/she had Spectrum at their old address?

    However,

In my area of Wisconsin I just Googled "Spectrum New Customer" and there are package bundles for new customers that include Home Phone. (We were legacy TWC before the 2016 merger.)
