Issues logging into spectrum app on my phone
I can't not log into my spectrum app on my phone. My system was just set up today so I'm not sure if they has anything to do with it. I have already created an account. I get the error code DGE-1001.

It actually does not want you to change your password. What you have to do is take the phone that you are using home, and login once from your home Spectrum network with that device! It will then work just fine for roughly 30 days. Then it will ask you once again to change your password and you will once again have to take it home and log in. This is so you don't share your password with other people not living in your house! And only people who have Charter internet service can you use the Charter TV app.
