    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    Please try the steps provided here to see if you can get the phone activated. If you are not able to do so using those steps you would need to call in to the mobile team at 1-833-224-6603 if you have access to another phone or go to the local Spectrum office to have them assist you further.
