We have Spectrum phone service, but none of phones can call out or text? Help

    Welcome!

    Have you rebooted your modem? Do that first. Than your router next after the modem comes back online. When both are back online try to make a call.

    If this does not solve the issue, or it comes back, a service call will be needed for a tech visit to check your signals, drop line, and Internet equipment.
