I want to continue getting a paper billing sent to me by mail.

    Good Evening and Welcome to our Forums!

    You can change your billing preferences on line through My Account, or call Spectrum Customer Care to speak to billing to change from Paperless Billing to Paper Billing or vice-versa. Please that it may take one full billing cycle, up to a month, to process the change. This all depends on the time during each month that your statements are snail-mailed or electronically mailed to your account. This means that it is possible you might get one last bill on the old method, before the new method takes effect.
