Can someone visiting use another app to change wifi so I can't see how long they been using my wifi

my roommate I think has been doing something to the Mac and IP address so his usage and time on my wifi goes un noticed can cathey do this his IP address is always 192:168 does that mean anything?

    Hi @ErnestoV67, welcome to our community!

    Our router can only be managed using the My Spectrum app when logged in with your username and password. Even then, there are no settings which would completely hide a device that is connected but there are some ways to anonymize the device. All internal IPs start with 192.168.
