I am thinking of switching to Spectrum mobile. But what happens to your phone when the internet goes down which it does often especially during storms.

    Good morning and welcome @Pandasue7,

Our mobile service functions just like any other, you would have access to a cellular network for texts, calls and data usage. That is of course assuming you're in range of a cell tower and those have not been impacted as a result of any storm. Having your device connected via wifi to the internet does allow you to use wifi calling and avoid using cellular data, but an active internet connection isn't needed to utilize the mobile service. -Mo
