    I was able to locate your account using your registration information and there is an area issue impacting your services. I have requested an automated credit to be applied once the issue is cleared. I have also requested a call back notification using your preferred method of contact.

    You can check for updates and manage your account preferences, as well as check on any applied credits by downloading the My Spectrum App for Android or iOS or you can log in to your online Spectrum Account
