LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

How can I get an updated modem?

I received a postcard from Spectrum saying I need to update my modem, based on my account information.

What is the fastest way to obtain the new modem? (I live in New York City). I assume this is at no cost, but please confirm.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The fastest way to get an updated modem is to stop at one of our Spectrum stores and swap the modem. You can visit the following site to find the closest Spectrum store and setup an appointment for your visit.
